Continuous development of business with large-scale projects and expansion of existing warehouse capacities at the Triptis (Thuringia) site to over 15,000 m².

Expansion of new distribution channels and strengthening of activities in the area of e-commerce. Relaunch of the first B2B shop as an ordering platform for Testrut customers.

Consolidation of the product range business of the German sales companies under the umbrella of Testrut (DE) GmbH.

2012 ff.

Consolidation of logistics activities at the logistics centres in Triptis (Thuringia) and Wesel (North Rhine-Westphalia) and further expansion of central functions at the Wesel headquarters.

Takeover of the non-food own-account business from ZHG (Zentrale Handelsgesellschaft mbH) and start of a cooperation with Markant (Germany/Switzerland).

Expansion of brand management and in-house development of products. Relaunch of the B2B shop and formation of an independent digital unit.

Close integration of business activities with the Asian partner Link H.K. Ltd.
